help with awning spring replacement

my awning spring broke last year on my 2004 keystone sprinter tt 307bhs and i'm looking for details how to replace it. its all wrapped up now so i dont know the model or brand or size. and where to get a new spring, anyone? thanks

You have to know the brand/model/size to be able to order new spring.
