Holding grey tank didn't drain !!!!

Hi, i'm having an issue with my grey tank that won't drain, is there a trap at the exit of the tank because i try to fish from the outside 1 1/2" pipe and it block at the tank entry.

in the three motorhomes I've owned there've been two types of dump valves. the first is pretty simple. the gate is controlled by simply pulling the handle located on the pipe. the other is a handle located somewhere else that is connected to the dump gate via a wire cable. if you have that type of valve the cable may have disconnected from the gate itself. you can usually tell if the handle pulls out really easily with no indication of resistance. if that's the case then you'll need to remove the panel on which those handles are mounted and reconnect the cable.

Try to suck with my shop vac vacuum, no result, try to push and Eureka its work, very happy but didn't see any part off clogged stuff comming out so i put some happy camper on the tank and hope it will work, cross finger.
