How to work waterworks utilities panel on 08 chaparel coachman 299TSB

I would like to get a pdf manual or written instructions on how to work this panel. Purchased used, actually a 2009 model sold as a 08. Not sure what each of the four positions does..there is also a red and white plugged drain hose on the opposite side. See pic thks!

Beings you didn't get a respone I'll give it a shot even though I don't have that system/selector switch. I'm think you have some choices when you have city water attached to your water hose fixture. When your switch is turn to city water (right) you use city water and water pressure in the rv, and nothing goes into the fresh water tank. When you turn the switch to the left/fill tank position, the on-board water tank will take on city water and fill up. The down position winterize/drain is where you turn it to drain the tank, and where the switch needs to be when you winterize the rv. Not sure about the up position but is seems to be a power drain. The red hose is the hot water drain and the white one is for the cold water drain.

UP is for when you're using the onboard pump and will also pump the tank out.

Seems I can only pump water out of the tank through the falset when the valve is down
