HWH 700 Series Leveling System "Frozen"

The HWH touch pad on my 2015 Tiffin Breeze is not operating. When I put the coach in storage 6 weeks ago the air suspension and leveling systems worked fine. When I started up the coach last week, the compressor worked but the touch panel was inoperative. The four warning (red) lights come on as do two yellow leveling lights. None of the functions work. I've started the engine multiple times, released and set the parking brake, and checked the 15 amp fuses by the front air manifold. I spoke to service reps at Tiffin and tried their suggestion to check the fuses. They thought it might also be a faulty manifold. They suggested I contact HWH service. Their HWH customer service rep said it would take WEEKS before a technician would be able to get back to me. I'm waiting for a local mobile RV tech to get me in his busy schedule to at least try and diagnose the issue. Any suggestions those on the Forum have would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you

first download a hwh 725 service manual. use it to do the diagnosis. my first suggestion is to make sure you have both acc and ign power. it takes both to make the system work. check and clean all the connections, 12 positive, and grounds.
are any of the led's on the control board not working? let me know what you find.

maybe i can help. i can email you a manual if needed.

Thank you

Thanks for the reply. I did download a service manual and hopefully will have a RV tech show up later today. When I turn on the ACC or start the engine, all four warning lights and two leveling lights come on. No other lights come on and I'm unable to operate any of the functions - air, dump, raise, etc.
