I have a 1989 Beaver Marquis with a 500 series leveling system that is not responding. We called HWH and their tech and my tech visited and ran tests, etc. HWH tec said to send control panel and 40 pin flat ribbon in for service. Max cost would be about 1500 on the control box and about 500 on the ribbon. I'm not wanting to spend 2K on this. What choices do I have as far as making the jacks work on a manual basis?

The only light that come on on the control panel is Travel....no other lights come on. The HWH panel doesn't respond in any way. Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated. Thank you
Insuranceman

Welcome to irv2.
Here is a list of different coach mfg's with HWH jacks systems.
Have not found a 500 series could it be a 600?
Has the control board been checked and the pump & solenoids for grounds to the chassis frame.
If you can not match up to your system because of age may want to try some RV Salvage business for parts which can be found by Goggle search.

I have a brand new HWH leveling system everything but the jacks. I bought this kit to install it on my old class c but never did it. It's about three years old. I have the pump, control boards, switches, wiring like I said everything but the jacks already sold them. I'll have to look to see what pump it is. I'll make someone one hack of a deal.
