HWH Jack Solenoids

Hope someone can help. Recently, and I don't know just where, I found on line a diagnosis check list to determine the cause of one jack not operating. Rather than just guess and order new solenoid, it had a step by step check list of procedures to follow to prove cause of failure. I thought it was on HWH website, but cannot find the same page again.
Tried contacting HWH, but no answer yet.
These are kick down, 6000 and 9000 lb. jacks.

On the HWH website, click the bar on the left for "Customer Service & Technical Information," then click "Service Manuals" in the right column. Scroll down to the system you have. If you don't know, there is also an identification guide listed in the same column as "Service Manuals."

check the pivots at the top of the cylinder. are they rusty? lube or clean them with wd 4o. i know its just a solvent. if the jack is a 9000 lb jack, does it extend or just not work at all. if it extends horizontally without kicking down, check the roller at the top near the pivot. the roller must turn freely. if the jack will not extend at all, it is either the actuator or the cylinder itself. has it been slow to extend or retract lately? do you have to help it up? open the solenoid for that jack. if it doesnt do something, crack the hose fitting at the jack. if you have fluid flow, replace the jack assembly. get a rebuilt one from hwh. it carries a one year parts and labor warranty. if you have time send your jack in for repair. its much cheaper.
