Mid March my wife and I left our home in TN for MN. I know it's not the time of the year to travel in that direction, but work called. Snow, freezing temps greeted us and the HWH computerized leveling system was not working. We waited until I could take a look at it. I finally crawled under the first bay and found the control box. I took it apart and to my chagrin, a critter (probably a relative of Mickey) had nested in it over the winter. I called HWH in Iowa and talked with Randy. After he had a good laugh, he instructed me on how I could isolate the problem. The control boards were bad. I then shipped them down to HWH along with the control pad last Monday. They received them on Tuesday. Today (Monday, 1 week later), I received the repaired control box back. The total cost (not including my shipping) was $230. Put it in and it all works fine. The HWH folks were just an excellent group to work with and they provide excellent service and quick turn around time.
Two thumbs up:
