Hwh shuttle valve

Can anyone suggest who and where I can find a shuttle valve for series 610 HWH levelers. I found part # RAP7964 in HWH Web page but I can't find a price or a user friendly order form. I have sent two emails to HWH over the last 2 months about information about shuttle valve and got no reply. I have never seen a worst customer relation then HWH, I have no idea how the stay in business. All four jacks will no retract power to pump and fuses checked. Also when checking for the 4 tee levers for emergency releasing jacks, I found that only 3 have tee lever. It appears to solenoids have tee handles, 1 is missing. I can't find anyone to get info on system and email are not working.
I have tried to call there phone line but the message states they will call back in 2-3 weeks. Never get a call. Thanks for all help
