Hydraulic front legs lower retracting slide

2014 5th wheel with Lippert Level up, when retracting the slide outs the front landing legs fully retract them the slides retract, only the front legs retract not the mid or rear legs. Extend slides does not appear to extend the front legs. Battery voltage is 13.2 - 13.4 and connected to shore power. No sign of any hydraulic leaks. Researching i see either a bad solenoid valve for the front legs or low voltage with a possibility of a bad cell in the battery causing a voltage drop. I have not taken the battery out yet to be tested. Any thoughts? If the solenoid has anyone replaced one?

Thank you in advance,
John

Have you properly checked the fluid level?

It was a quart low, which I topped off with dextron atf, as measures with all jacks up and all slides in, even so I was on level pads and the tank, with jacks down and slides out was at the 1/2 Mark in the reservoir and I am sure there is no air in the line. Used many heavy equipment that was a little low with no effect.

As a follow up i did get the battery tested and it passed, tested at a Batteries + store. I did purchase a 2nd battery, group 27, as I have wanted 2 for boon docking even though I have a generator.

New follow up. On lipperts site the was a brief mention in a service manual stating to check all electrical connectors to the valves and if corroded to spray wd40. None were corroded but maybe just taking each one off and back on cleans the contact because now it appears to be working as expected. I will try several more times over the next days.
