surgery!
Well, 5 hours and $150.00 later, the heat exchanger is ready to put back in the Hydro-Hot unit and reinstall in the coach! WOW the entire unit had to come apart, drilling out all the rivets, removing all the pump thingys Water lines, radiator hoses, exhaust pipe, etc. but by the time I get it all back together and mounted in the coach I will have invested about 12 hours of my labor (including a knuckle) and $150.00 in brazing and arc welding...That's a heck of a lot better than $7859.50 for a new unit!!!
Don't let 'em tell ya that the heat exchanger cant be fixed!
Thanks for listening (reading)...
