I changed out my nozzle for the first time in 2 yrs.....only 114 hours...when I was removing the burner I noticed how loose the bottom bolt was..then noticed how sooty the stuff was along that side of the burner.....obviously that bolt had loosened or never was tight enough and allowed some exhaust into my basement for the past several years...It was really an easy job now that it's done....fuel filter is next when I find one...
