Yep - Common mistake but I read about it many years ago before purchasing my coach. It is documented in a number of owners manuals too and should be one of the first things a tech should ask you to check when you call about hot water that is only warm. Any who don't ask and come out for an unnecessary service call and charge you for it would not be on my list to call again since they should have known better and told you this very common thing to check first.
