Ice maker problem

I am having a problem with my icemaker. It is a Norcold refrigerator model 1210IM. The refrigerator is only a couple years old. The water in the ice maker is not completely frozen when released into the holding tray. I now have a slab of ice about an inch thick in the tray and no cubes. Any idea what the problem might be?

Wow! Thanks a bunch for the manual. I was looking for it online and couldn’t seem to find it. The manual talks about the mold thermostat but does not show it in the illustration. Just wondering if the thermostat could be the problem and whether or not I could fix it or replace it.

My 1200 norcold went out about a month ago and I have an ice maker that was new last year but I am in florida.
