I'm on the level but not according to HWH

The last two campgrounds I have been on very level pads, however when I put my automatic jacks down, HWH, the panel reads excess slope and stops. I can adjust manually, but would like to correct this error .
I'm sure this has happened to others so looking for input. Tried searching forum but no success

Thanks in advance

As was explained to me, read your HWH manual, There's a section in the manual that deals with this subject. Basically you level the coach using a bubble level (front to back and side to side) then you adjust the control box usually located under your coach or in a storage compartment.

Here's a thread that deals with the subject: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f101/hwh-...sy-276326.html
