Intellitec 900 EMS died when on Gen

I've been chasing what I thought might be a Onan 5500 gen problem (has died several times after about 12-15 min) when after about 15 minutes on the gen and while in the RV with only 1 roof a/c and a breeze fan running, all power died inside. The smart EMS panel was blank indicating that it did not see any power source even though the gen was still running. I shut off the gen and a couple of minutes later turned on the 30 amp shore power breaker. The EMS came to life like normal and no oblivious issues when on shore power. I still might have a gen problem but this is the 1st time the EMS went blank. No RV or gen breakers tripped. Thoughts?

Troubleshoot as to where you are loosing the power at the transfer switch. If you have it coming in from the generator but not feeding distribution panel, you have a bad transfer switch. Let us know what you find.

It was the Onan. No problems after replacing the fuel pump.

Thanks for the update. Glad it was a simple repair.

X2. There's so many fuel pump issues with those. I had to replace mine as well :(
