Intellitec EMS display flashes on and off

The green EMS display flashes off and on every few seconds. There is nothing wrong with load mgmnt and it does what it's suppose to do but I can't figure out why it's flashing...nothing on line tells me what's going on and the manual troubleshooting guide doesn't mention this issue. I'm getting ready to check the grounds behind my main panel first. Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks

If you do not find a loose ground, call Winnebago and speak to someone in customer support.

Here's what I've done so far:

Tightened all electrical connections behind main panel (none loose)

Turned off electric from pedestal and disconnected batteries for 15 minutes

Called both Winnebago support and Intellitec support (no luck)

Removed my Progressive surge unit from pedestal

I'm now waiting to see if the monitor panel still flashes. If it doesn't, I'll know something is amiss with the surge protector. I'll keep you posted. No one has heard of this problem.

It still flashes even with the surge protector bypassed, I'm scratching my head.

Take a read of this thread see if it helps.
Is the flashing all the time or maybe when florescent lights are on?

007,

Nope, no florescent lights. I looked at the thread but unfortunately it doesn't cover my issue. I think I'll have to buy another controller.
