Just a couple random thoughts.
I am assuming that you are using a 30->15 amp adaptor. So hopefully you aren't getting near 20 amps. Your adaptor might melt before a breaker trips.
When we first plug in, our battery charger kicks in and ramps up the amps to rapid charge the batteries. That load will decrease as the batteries top off. If we are on 15 amps at that that time, our refrigerator is on propane or the only electrical load. Our charger and EMS are smart enough to de-rate the charger if EMS starts shedding. Our system can also kick in the inverter for short runs over the 30 amp setting. That's always weird when that happens. Seeing 36 amps and nothing bad happens.
When voltage goes low, amps have to go up to make up for the watts drawn by a load. That is very hard on your electronics.
None of these seem to be an issue for your current situation.
