When I plug into shore power, the black box in the coach at the end of the shore power cord, keeps clicking on and off. On 10 seconds off 35 seconds. Does anyone know what I should look for.

Thanks you
Bob

I think you will need to provide a little more detail. Is the "black box" you're referring to a surge protector by chance? Is the shore power you're connecting to 20 amp, 30 amp or 50 amp? Have you connected to this power source previously with no problems?

More information needed. Do you have a multimeter, have you checked the outlet at the pedestal, is the black box a surge protector, an autoformer, the MH's transfer switch, etc...?

Bob,

You should look for a qualified RV technician that knows what they are doing and can work with 120/240 volt AC current without getting killed.

Only my opinion.

Without knowing what you have, sounds like the transfer switch solenoid(s) can't make or break their connection to/from your generator?
