KIB Tank Sensor occasionally doesn't work a problem or normal

The KIB Tank Sensor monitor sometimes doesn't work. I would press a button and get a flash of lights. Then when I press the buttons no lights.

But, if I wait a few hours it will work fine; all the buttons.

The monitor also has the electric water heater, gas water heater and water pump switches on it and they all work.

Any suggestions before I call the mfg?

The button you push to light up the LED levels is a power switch. Sounds like that switch is bad. You could try to get to the back of the panel and spray contact cleaner, but it might need replacement. The other functions of the panel are all separate switches, independent of the levels function.
