Stepped out of bed onto wet carpet. Boy, I hate it when that happens. After unscrewing and pulling the covering wood plate under the bed, I found a kinked one-and-a-half-inch Tigerflex drainline from my bathroom sink. It had to date from the manufacturer as it is looped in a U configuration and screwed down but the U was too tight and it kinked. After two years it finally cracked and started leaking. I don't have a question, just passing along an experience of what might be the issue if someone else gets a similar wet carpet experience.

Thanks for the info Joe it may help to add some slack in that drain hose so you won't get wet feet again.

Right on, 007, you guessed the fix. Tigerflex line is not available at the corner hardware, but my RV mobile tech did find it after a few phone calls. Tomorrow he will be putting in a longer piece with a greater radius. It has to move in and out with the bedroom slide so that's what caused the initial problem along with a little too much stabilization of the line so it was unable to flex as much as it needed to. Hence, after a few dozen in and out cycles of the slide, it finally split at the edges of the kink. The improvements that make RV living more pleasurable bring special challenges for the engineers and manufacturers.
