Kwikee leveling system help

So one of my levelers won't go down, started a few Months ago. I finally brought it to a local repair shop that gets very good reviews and......after two months of waiting the story is. They figured out the problem in 5 minutes but can't find the part. They advise it's a magnet in the solenoid? I'm very unfamiliar with these systems. My camper is a 2007 Winnebago Voyage 33V. Am I wrong or does it seem someone would still carry parts for these kwikee levelers even though they have been sold? Any help on where I can locate one suree would be appreciated.

I tried but can't manage to post the address and phone number of Lippert, but if you go to the thread I've identified above (it's in this section) a post on the first page of the thread has the contact info for Lippert. They're the folks who bought Kwikee.

Thank you, the mechanic/owner advised he called them and they also can't locate the part. I find this unbelievable for a 2007. I called the repair shop again yesterday and he said he "believes" he found the part and it's on the way.
