Is that what it's called? 1/2" shoulder and spacer.

Anyway, I need one, but would prefer threads if possible.

Does Power Gear sell them!

Thanks, H

I don't know if Power Gear sells the studs or not, but if it were me, I would look for a shoulder bolt at Lowe's. Lowe's hardware dept has sets of metal drawers where they keep special bolts and other hard to find hardware. I would start looking there.

You also may be able to make a spacer by cutting off a short length of pipe or tubing, then place it over a bolt of the appropriate diameter and length.

I just checked the PG wed site and they only sell through distributors, and I could not any "pieces parts," would have to buy the hole step to get it!

Looked CAL Ranch yesterday, and could not find a suitable bolt!

Did find a flanged bushing on Amazon that might work with a 3/8 bolt
but it may not last very long!

I'd try the Lowes or HD small parts drawers, or look for a super hardware store in your area to see if you can adapt something. I was in a local Fastenal store just yesterday and noticed they have numerous small parts drawers, too. Last resort perhaps is to find a wrecked or parting out post (craigslist.com or similar) to see if you can find one the whole step or a welding fabrication shop that can imitate it?.

Kwiki parts distributers Wholesale Distributors - Power Gear

Here is the link for the pivot bolts offered by Lippert
Lippert Components, Inc Shopping Cart

I would think you could call one of the Kwiki distributers listed in the first link and get the bolt, they should know exactly what you need, If not try Lowes as suggested by the poster above.

When my pivot bolt sheared off, I ordered 2 from Lippert Components. Mine sheared halfway up the ALCAN. Had to make the rest of the trip home to Alaska with the steps zip tied up. Now I carry a spare.

Is this the one you ordered?

Looks like the link doesn't go to the part!

My hydraulic jacks motor went out in White Horse, so I feel your pain!

I ordered 045-128969 for my LC-1 steps. Don't know if Lippert will fit your steps or not.

Looks like their site changes in realtime. This AM I was able to find the bolt kit under their "steps Parts" link.

I found the "kit" at ACE buying the individual pieces.

@ $15.75 + $12.55 shipping from Lippert, I think I will go with the ACE parts for now!

Lippert's kit does look prettier!

Can you make one?

Roller type bearing that a bolt will fit through with appropriate stop wash on bolt up against bearing. Temporary that may work until a replacement is found.

No need to make one, I got all the parts from ACE! Just need to cut the bushing to the needed length, and I have the same thing as the "kit".
