Landing gear won't function

The question is regarding a 2005 Fleetwood American Tradition 40' Diesel pusher.
After replacing both starting batteries yesterday, my hydraulic landing gear will not go up or down. There is power at the control center, and it flashes a warning that the gear is not retracted. The pump seems to be dead. Usually I hear it pumping if a window is open.

1) can I raise jacks manually? There appears to be a manual jack attached to the pump. Once up, I will have air for the suspension so I can drive in for service.
2) Where do I look for fuses, reset button or circuit breakers? Maybe I tripped something when replacing batteries? The main electrical panel does not label the system, and the two automotive fuse panels adjacent to the electrical panel do not indicate the pump either. Perhaps an inline fuse somewhere??

Because the problem began after changing batteries, carefully check all connections. Especially grounds.
