Leak when filling fresh water tank

I hope someone out there can help. We are embarking on our first boondocking trip with our 2012 Thor Serrano 34M, I am trying to fill our fresh water tank. When I turn the city water on the water drips out the back. and the tank will not fill at all. I am guessing that there is an open valve. I looked under the bed where that stuff is located and I turned a valve to the off position, but, the water still drips...any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. There is nothing in the manual about this.
Thanks!!!

Regarding the tank failing to fill, it could be a broken or blocked check valve in the fill line. Do you have to switch a valve from 'city water' to 'tank fill'? If you have a single water connection, it most likely has a check valve in it. As to the dripping, you've got to provide more detail - - - Where exactly is it dripping?
