A single handle faucet in our bath started leaking in our five year old coach. Popped the cover off the knob and the screw was so coroaded that it could not be removed. Called Phoenix and they told me to break the plastic knob and remove the screw and they would send me new knob, screw, and repair kit at no charge.

After some further discussion they 'stepped up' beyond my expecatations and sent an entire replacement faucet.

I was pleased! Just letting you know there are sometines more companies out there than we think respounding to our needs.

Thanks for the info. It is good to hear about the companies that do good.
People always write about the complaints they have and we don't hear much when a company does them right.
