Leveling Jack Question

I have done the required troubleshooting and know that I need a new HWH jack. I have the power down/spring retract type that are straight acting (not kick out). My problem is that HWH told me to get the number off the jack to be able to place the order. I can't find the number anywhere on the jack and since HWH doesn't have enough people to answer the phones, after 30 minutes on hold I gave up. Can someone here tell me where the number will be on the jack so that I only have to be on hold once when I order. Terrible service from these folks both times I've needed them. Thanks in advance for the help.

I see you own a Tiffin product. A call to them may get you the # of the jack.

Update:
I now see that on the rear jacks there is a HWH sticker with the model number and serial number on it.These stickers are not found on the front jacks. Does anyone know if the number is stamped anywhere on the jack? Thanks.
