lippert hydraulic slide not moving straight

The slide travels at different speeds on each side so that when it is going out, one side of the slide reaches the wall before the other. The other does catch up and both fully open and seal. Same when being retracted. Has anyone solved this problem or heard about possible causes? There has been a leak in a fitting on one of the slide pistons and on the lippert pump distributor manifold fittings

I'd guess there's air in the system since the cylinders are 2-way pressure. A pressure leak in one direction means there is suction traveling the opposite direction, and could pull in air.

Find a post by azpete and send him a PM about your problem. He is an expert on HWH hyd systems.

Ray; You have confirmed my thinking. Thanks a bunch for the contact info for azpete he is the expert. While I have been on the forum looking for answers the Mo HO was in at our local rv repair shop and all they have managed to do is call Monaco to see if someone can tell them how to procede. This is not giving me a warm and fuzzy.

I apologize, azpete works on HWH systems, I missed that you have a Lippert system.

No problem, he has come up with something worth checking I think. I will post if I can get it figured out.
