few questions....
i have a camping/fishing shack that we live in on the weekends.
we have a 2000 watt generator that we use during the day when needed to cook ect...and 12 volt at night.(lights)
we need a propane fredge about 3 cf. can i install a fredge in my shed? that i can run on propane 24 hrs. on the weekend?
i called a dealer(campworld) and they said that they are for just camper instalations...

These type refrigerators are very common in Europe and So. America where no ac power is available. You will be able to use 12 volt for the control and with propane can power the buurner for operating the refrigerator. Be sure to do a good leak check on the lp gas system before firing it up. It will operate in a stand alone area or can be up against an outside wall and vented like in RV's.

they have appliances that run on (other than 110 volt). I believe they have some propane house type refrigerators. Also a yahoo search of "propane refrigerator" will get hits to many dealers

Search around the Amish areas as well, they have wide spread use of this type of appliances. We we were last in Lancaster County, PA the stores had household models of this type on sale.
