Lost Furnace function

2015 Dutch Star, oasis system.
All worked well last year, have 3 15k Heat pump/ac units up top.
Needed to turn on heat tonight as it dipped to 17 degrees.
Have Oasis set to acII, and the diesel burner on as well as it is to cold for heat pumps.
I can only get “Furn” to show on Zone 3. I am sure last year there was also a “Furn” option on zone 1 that turned on the hydra heat by the front door as well as the blower in the kitchen cabinet.
I did have the front 2 units replaced under warranty in May....
Was there a step missed in the install of the new units or is this just a programming fix on the domestic thermostat?

I don't know how your thermostat works, but with our heat pump, we have to set our thermostat to gas (rather than electric) and turn on the propane.

May want to check the physical valves to see if they are open. If they did work on unit they may have just left the valves shut after the work.

One of my units was replaced this summer and didn't show furance as the install forget to set the dip switches. The installer probably didn't set the dip switches to show furnace. The dip switches are located up top under the AC covers inside a control box on the passenger side. On my Dometic 13K units it is the first dip switch (they are labeled). It should be set to on.
