Lugs on bayonet broken

Any wisdom on broken lugs on sewer connection bayonet? Is it a DIY job to replace the double ell? Only 2 lugs remain; not horizontally opposed to each other; any "quick fix" suggestions?

Thanks for the help.

How much room do you have?

You may be able to add a short clear extension and secure it in place.

Another option is to get some plastic doweling and drill out the broken pins and glue in replacement plastic ones.

Or look in the specialty hardware bin at the hardware store to locate a flat headed1/4 fastener of sort like a toilet flange bolt of correct material like stainless steel or brass that can be inserted through the drilled out broken pin then epoxied in with the epoxy on tge flat flange and the fitting in place with a nut to hold in place until epoxy cures.

Then trim excess.

That will do until you can replace the fitting.

Are you talking about the connector on the RV coming from the dump valve or the piece on the stinky slinky? Either one can be replaced. According to how much pipe you have between the valve and the bayonet fitting, you may be able to just cut the old one off and plastic glue a new one on. Camping World, Amazon, and many other RV parts places have replacement pieces. If you have room, you could glue a short section of clear pipe on to the broken connector. Lots of options, just be creative!!
