Hello and

. We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
Does the coach have an audio/video switch box? If so, you need to find which button will pass the signal to the TV; it is a matter of trying each one and also each input source on the TV. If it does not have an audio/video switch box just try each TV/video source while the DVD is playing. Let us know how you make out. If you still have a problem, call Jayco for assistance; let them know your dealer was not able to help you.
Also, you might want to go to your "user CP" to edit signature and put your coach year make and model in so you won't have to each time you post a question.
