Mice/Rat damage to the back of my Norcold 1200!

So now that I got my Chevy truck wiring fixed, I just discovered something chewed the crap out of the wiring on the back side of my 1200LRIM.
I'll have to take it to someone that can redo the wires, but I also need the drip cup and the whole exterior access panel, not just the removable part.
Anyone know where I can get these so I don't get soaked by the Norcold dealer pricewise?
Never had this problem before.

How did they get there without getting everywhere?

Not sure yet. It's raining so I can't get under the moho and investigate. Might be where the propane line comes in. Or maybe down the roof vent.
I found a new Dometic fridge access panel on Amazon for $72. Still have to get the little drip cup, it chewed on that too.
My truck cost me about $300 and this will be more than that. I can do the access panel and drip cup but not the wiring.
I'll take a pic tomorrow for those that are curious.
I put rat poison in the area of the chewed wires and a glue trap inside the motorhome.

I also have a 1200LRIM, the drip/condensate evaporation cup is metal. It has to be as it is warmed by radiated heat from the boiler area.
Download the Norcold 1200LR series service manual from bryantrv.com to print out wiring diagrams, and much more.

My 2019 Norcold 1210 has a plastic evap cup and it got slightly melted to the boiler. So another thing to add to the warranty list.

On the plus side it can't rattle.

Here is the damage...

I went all through the motorhome and have found no evidence of this rodent inside or in any other compartment. Furnace is fine, water heater is fine. Both work.
No droppings anywhere. Haven't taken the roof vent cover off yet to see if he could have come down the flue.

What's the white stuff all over the bottom?

That actually doesn't look too bad. A couple of butt splices to rejoin the wires, a close look at all wiring for exposed copper, and you could be back in business.

It is pieces of the white exterior access panel that he chewed on.
I'm hoping it's just a wiring job. I don't think the rat chewed on anything but the loose wires and the plastic drip pan and access cover. No computer boards.
I'll take it to the local Norcold dealer and see what they say...gulp.
