The rubber spring on one of the Mor/Ryde suspensions on my 5'er started to separate from the backing plate. My front curb side wheel is tipped out at the bottom. Mor/Ryde said the life of these rubber springs is from 5 to 9 years. Mine are 5.5 years. I am going to replace all four.

Mor/Ryde sent four to me here in Taos, NM. $ 237.00 each with shipping.
Two hunks of rubber bonded to three steel plates with bolt holes drilled in them. This seems a little (lot ?) high priced to me but there are no other sources that I could find. I am going to replace the bad one as there are no RV places here in Taos. The other three I will have done in Albuquerque. Mor/Ryde suspension gives my 5'er a very smooth ride and other than this problem I am happy with it.

They do seem to have a high opinion of those things.

They remind me of the motormounts on the 318 engine in a '72 Dodge Fart I had the misfortune of owning. They were essentially the same as your springs; two plates merely bonded to a puck of rubber. The right one kept separating when the engine would torque over. When the second one failed shortly after I fought to install it, I drilled a 1/4" hole in one corner and ran a 1/4" hole through it with a nylock nut on the end so the bolt was snug but would still allow the puck to compress. No more failures after that. The engineer who designed that should have been shot.

I had Mor/Ryde suspension on my 1990 Pace Arrow Class A. I owned the coach for 10 years and never had a problem. In fact the rubber ride as opposed to leaf springs was a much smoother ride in my opinion.

If you wish to do it yourself, here is the experiences of a man who replaced them by himself.

Well I changed the rubber spring at the CG in Taos on a gravel space.

Unless you are mechanically gifted, quite strong, very persistant and very determined, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS JOB!!!

I did it with basic hand tools and 2 bottle hydraulic jacks. The 5er was already all four wheels off the ground with the Big Foot automatic leveling system. I will be 71 on Friday. When I was done there were skinned knuckles, sore shoulders and various very sore muscles around the shoulders, neck and arms. The good news is that the job is done and done right and I have recovered from the aches and pains.

If you go to Taos, NM stay at the Monte Bello Rv CG west of town about 3 miles on SR 68. Very nice folks own and run the place.

UPDATE:

The Lazy Days folks here in Tucson replaced the other three rubber springs and said I did OK with the first one. The Labor charge was $ 958.00. As everything is very expensive today, I do think it was fair.

I will highly reccommend them if you ever need work done on your RV while in Tucson, AZ. They even checked my refrigerator for any recalls. I already knew there were none but they insisted on checking.
