I would not own a plastic or china/plastic combination toilet. I currently have a low-profile white full china Thetford Aria I electric pushbutton toilet in my coach at present. I have replaced the electric valve and seal twice in 6 years. I am a full timer so it gets used a lot. Recently, I saw a Dometic Sealand Magnum Opus low-profile bone color full china toilet with polished brass fittings that matches my sinks and faucets for sale at about 50%-60% off from normal retail, and I bought it. When the Thetford Aria I fails again, I will replace the entire unit with the Dometic Sealand one unless I find a buyer that wants the Thetford toilet at half price, $350, and I will even help with the installation.

Anyone interested? Send me a message if you are.

Not to be contrary, but I replaced my china toilet with a plastic model. Why you ask? Because the china toilet had a narrow base and it would move around and leak at the floor (I am kind of heavy). The plastic model has a much wider base and I have not had a problem since I installed it. Just another point of view
