Need help with furnace and it's cold outside.

I have a Arctic Fox 22H and just set up today in the mountains for eleven days of elk hunting. The temps are down to the mid thirties and my furnace isn't working. When I turn the thermostat on the furnace fan turns on for about a 30 seconds and then shuts off. I don't hear any igniter. I'm full with propane and the fridge, stove, HW heater works on gas. My batteries are at 12.6 volts and I also tried the furnace when running the generator. The fuse for the furnace is good. I've checked this with a multimeter.

What doesn't make sense is yesterday I ran the furnace at home when testing everything and it worked fine.

Any ideas of what I can do for a fix?

Looking at some videos it looks like a Suburban 30,000 btu. I pulled the inside vent cover and it looks just like the videos.

Here's a link to a Suburban Service Manual.

Thanks for the manual. After removing the indoor panel to the furnace it looks like I'll have to remove the furnace in order to check the sail switch and the relay. They are inside of the furnace and I'm not able to get to them. I wish there was a easier solution.

What's the elevation where you're at? It may have something to do with it.

I'm at 9,600 feet. I've been higher with the trailer and it worked then.

Just curious but my trailer is level side to side but 1-2 degrees high in the front. Would this cause the issue? I'm just trying to rule everything out.

Nope. Either a failed sail switch or no gas flow.

Okay, my buddy heater got me through the night. Today I removed the intake vent and jiggled the wires at the same time I turned the furnace on. It now works. I must have a loose connection and the bumpy Forrest road didn't help. Once home I'll pull the furnace and check everything.

The overtemp switch (looks like a silver dime-sized disk held on with 2 screws) is a common fail point. Jumper it and see if the furnace works.
