Need help with water pump/hot water issue

I purchased an older RV (Fleetwood, 1987) a while back and the water pump/hot water heater worked fine. Now neither of them will work. There are indicator lights on the oven hood, and all of the lights work (holding tank, etc) except for the water pump/hot water heater lights. This makes me think this is an electrical issue. I checked the fuses in the engine compartment, under the dash, and at the converter, and all of the fuses seem fine. The water heater (electric ignition Atwood) doesn’t seem to have a propane alarm that would shut it down, so I don’t think that is an issue. Anyone have any ideas on where I should go from here? I’m just trying to get some direction on what to try next.

I would start by measuring voltage at water pump and water heater. Check voltage at switches also.

Fuses may look good but should really be checked with meter. Make sure they are correctly inserted in fuse slot on panel.
