Hi, I just installed a new fridge on my fifth wheel. I've had it on for about 45 minutes and the freezer compartment is definitely cold but the fridge itself isn't cold at all yet. I know your supposed to wait four hours or so but the freezer is cool already and the fridge is not, should I be worried? It's running on propane by the way.

Thanks,
Liam

It will take 24 to 36 hours, according to what the outside temp is, for a normal RV frig to cool down.

Normally the RV frig will be cool in about 24 hours. You will feel the plates in the freezer getting cold first. best to leave it closed up rather than opening the door to check.
