Louise,
I'm replacing mine tomorrow! Although I have a Coleman, I believe the process would be the same or very similar. Here's a good site to get step/step instructions with color photos.

Mine seized up a couple of days ago and the new one should arrive tomorrow.
Good luck

I just finished removing the old motor, took about 30 minutes. One tip, I had to remove two screws that held the condenser to the frame. That allowed me to bend, ever so slightly, the condenser so I could remove the fan and motor. Other than that, it was a piece of cake. The new motor should arrive today and I'll have it running this evening.

I installed the new motor this morning, went in smoothly and done in about 20 minutes.
One word of caution, if you replace your motor, make sure the squirrel fan is butted up against the stop on the shaft. I put mine on flush with the end of the shaft and it bound up on Styrofoam in the cooling box. I was able to move it from inside the rig and all is well.
Good luck.
