Our Splendide stack-able dryer works fine, can not say the same for the washer. Splendide pump and power model shorted out after just 3 hours of operations after purchasing it at Lazy Days in Tampa FL. Had a local (100 miles away in Lubbock TX) Splendide dealer look at it. First emails were that Speldide would cover the costs of parts and labor on the unit they then refused because although new, it had been intended for installation in a Tiffin Phaeton on receiving the serial number. What happened to new is new and we do the right thing for the customer?

Sometimes a MH manufacturer will buy appliances with no warranty and get a price break. In that case the appliance is warranted by the RV manufacturer, and they are gambling that the failure rate is less overall than what they save on the appliances with no warranty
If this is what Tiffin in doing than Splendide is indeed right in denying warranty, it's up to the dealer that sold you the unit now as they're the one that sold it to you without a warranty.

Well, that's just dandy. I hope you have already called Lazy Days. Good luck.

Question: Did you get it from Lazydays itself or the Camping World store on their campus? I ask because they are two different corporations.

If Lazydays itself, may I suggest that you get in touch with General Service Manager Bill Tickel and I'm confident he will see that your problem gets resolved.
