Sometimes a MH manufacturer will buy appliances with no warranty and get a price break. In that case the appliance is warranted by the RV manufacturer, and they are gambling that the failure rate is less overall than what they save on the appliances with no warranty
If this is what Tiffin in doing than Splendide is indeed right in denying warranty, it's up to the dealer that sold you the unit now as they're the one that sold it to you without a warranty.
