Night vision camera (and installation)

I've had so much success with this forum and awesome responses, thanks for that.

I didn't know where to post a question about cameras.

I'm looking for a new video camera that works well at night and doesn't blip and go away while driving. I'd also like to have installed the side cameras for additional safety.

I'll take any recommendations and if you know great installers, I might even use one of those!
