No electricity on fridge outlet

Hi guys. I hope someone can help. There is no electricity on the fridge 120v outlet while plugged into shore. Pretty sure (99%) the same is true when generator is running. Voltmeter reads 0 volts. All circuit breakers are not tripped. GFI in driver-side outlet in back room is reset. All outlets inside the coach are working. Microwave clock is on.

Is there another GFI outlet for the fridge?

Thanks in advance.

I have read here that sometimes the duplex 'fridge outlet is actually two separate circuits; one powered by the inverter and the other powered by shore power/generator. Are both outlets "dead"?

Only one outlet in mine. I've pulled it out to confirm that there is no electricity on the wire itself. Also confirmed that the wire didn't come loose to the outlet.

All the coachs that i have worked on have a gfi hooked to any outside outlet. Check the basement for a gfi outlet inline with the ref. outlet,

Does the fridge have a dedicated circuit breaker in the breaker panel?

Look in your main AC electrical panel. All appliance circuits should originate from a breaker. If the breakers aren't marked push up on all the breakers if any move trip the one that moved and reset again.

I'm thinking you have more than one GFI somewhere. in bathroom? or near kitchen sink?

That's what I was guessing too. I looked at all the outlets in the bathroom and near the kitchen. I didn't find any other GFI breakers. I also checked the outlet in the storage bin. The only one I found was the one next to the headboard in the back room on the passenger side. When I press "test" the one near the headboard, the outlets in the living room and kitchen don't have electricity. This proves that the GFI in the back controls the outlets in the living room. I can't tell where the fridge outlet is connected to as it went up into the roof when I tried to follow the Romex.

Winnebago has all the wiring diagrams available on their website. Have you checked on your builders site?

Ok does your coach have an inverter? Try turning it off and on. check for fuse or circuit breaker or reset button on same.

Yes, it has a heart inverter. All the breakers (4) on the inverter are not popped. Inverter control is inside the coach. From previous road trips, the state (on or off) of the inverter is irrelevant when the generator is running.

Fridge should not be on GFI, it should go straight to the breaker box. Check there for one marked refergerator and verify power is leaving the breaker.

Sounds like you have checked All the outlets, everyone in the coach the outside storage areas and every outlet has power. This would confirm that there is not one more hidden GFI outlet.
You checked all the ac breakers and cycled all of them off and back on.
I wound if the wire on the output side of a breaker that feeds the refrigerator is loose right at the breaker or if it has a dedicated breaker it could have failed.
With the shore power disconnected,no genset running and inverter off, swing out the power panel and check for a loose connection at one of the circuit breakers.
The only other thing that comes to mind is a loose connection in junction box and that info.should be available from the builder.
Ask if they have a PDF file of the wiring they could send to have on file.
Ask around and see if someone you know has a circuit tracer,I call them a fox and hound. They put a tone on the wire at the outlet and you fallow the tone around with the receiver.

Dick.
