Thanks

The gas heat will be for the furnaces near the floor and heat will come out of the grills in the living area and bedroom area near the floor and behind the sofa. The electric heat option is for your roof heat pumps and the heat will come from the ceiling vents. As said previous, the heat pumps only work down to about 40 degrees outside temperature.
If your floor furnace is coming on and blowing cold, then the flame is not lighting properly. If it runs for about 15 seconds and quits, then it is probably the sail switch not sensing the blower is running. If it runs for almost a minute before it quits, then it is because the gas flame is not igniting which could be an LP supply issue or an igniter problem. Make a call to Tiffin customer service and they will talk you through the symptoms and help.

I spoke with Tiffin today, what nice people. It seems there's a limit switch that sometimes blows. It's located behind the little louvre panel at floor level in the kitchen area. Apparently an easy fix, he told me how to do it myself if I wanted....The gentleman also told me they'd pay for parts and labor but I'd have to pay for the service call. He gave me the name and number of the Tiffin service rep in Texas too so I think I'll wait and get it done when we hit Texas next week, I've got a few other little things as well.
Be safe

Had the furnace checked today, turns out the propane supply pipe was kinked. Came that way from the factory.
All's well now.
