no power

i am not getting shore power, but have generator power and battery after doing a charge. can this be the converter?

Could be your transfer switch. Check both legs of the shore power at the pedestal first, then if you have power check the terminals at the transfer switch. If you have power at the transfer switch, then the transfer switch isn't switching. If you say you have gen power but no shore power it's either the pedestal is bad or your line to the transfer switch is bad. Check the pedestal breakers along with your ac breakers
