No power to electrical outlets

I have a 1998 Coachman Starflyte. My electrical outlets are not working on Generator or shore power. My refrigerator doesn't work on electricity either. My microwave works and my 12v dc outlets work. I just replaced the BD relay and now my interior lights work as well. The coach battery is good. I have been told by several RV places that I need to reset the GFCI outlet.I have searched every inch of the RV and cannot locate any outlets that have a GFCI reset button. Can anyone tell me where I could possibly locate this outlet. I have the Class B+ Model 060 with rear bath and L-shape bed in rear. I don't know where else do look. I have looked in every compartment and all outside receptacle. I have a Magnetec 6300 converter/charger.

Thank You,

jesse

Do you have a panel with circuit breakers and/or fuses? Might have a flat metal cover over it. Check that. There should be a main breaker and maybe some branch circuits. If resetting the breakers does not work it is time to start tracing power to/from that panel.

Thanks. Yes, I have checked the panel and have reset the breakers. The schematic shows that there are about 4-5 outlets described as being in the GFCI circuit however none are visible. There is a breaker that looks like a GFCI breaker in the control panel but it says that it is a 15amp breaker. I did the reset on it but still no power. I did call Coachman but they could only tell me that it has a GFCI reset button but they couldn't tell me where it was located.

Have you checked the outlet the refrigerator is plugged into in the outside hatch?

GFCI should be in the bathroom and near the kitchen sink.

I have not checked the refrigerator outlet from the outside. No GFCI in bathroom or under kitchen/bath sink. I may add that all was working well but it has been in storage for several months. There was evidence that a mouse or rat was in one of the kitchen cabinets.

Thanks guys.

I was told that if my microwave has power then it must be the GFCI because the microwave is not in the GFCI circuit. The TV works because it is in a 12v DC outlet with a converter.

Thanks
