Unhappy No power to water heater

I have an 03 Pace Arrow 36R with a 10 gal atwood water heater. It works fine on 120V, however there is no power to the remote switch on the panel inside the motorhome. checked it with meter, also, checked all 12V fuses on MH panel and fuse on the card in water heater as well as fuses on inverter, all ok. Any troubleshooting ideas or ideas of where the 12V powersource for water heater is would be helpful. Wiring diagram from Fleetwood for 36R doesn't go into enough detail, and its not clear if there is another appliance that is partnered with the water heater. Any help would be appreciated. Posted this same problem on the tech forum, but, thought that Pace owners could help.

Are you asking about the switch for LP gas mode? Closing that switch signals the controller at the water heater to attempt ignition, i.e. sends 12v to the circuit board. So yes, you should see 12v on the switch.
