norcold 1200 diagnostic mode ???

how do you get it in this mode ?
fins totaly frost up in about 4 days.
water drops inside on roof.
used to work perfictly. seemed to have started after recall done but don't know for sure. thanks for any help.

You must have an air leak. I don't understand the water drops inside. Do you mean hanging from inside the freezer ceiling? Is the icemaker overflowing?

Door gaskets or high humidity in the coach. Sounds like air leak.
