Norcold 1200 fins frost build up

my norcold has huge build up of frost on the inside coil of fridge.seems the thermistor is not working.

help help

I didn't have a huge amount but I had some on one side once and I put a small fan in there for about and hour. Cleared it up and don't have any other problem since.

I do get frost on the back of my Freezer about once a month I take all freezer content and put it in fridge part and turn off and let thaw out. Takes about an hour with the small fan and dry it up good and back on. Only issues I have ever had with my Norcold.

Keep food away from the fins.
We were stacking too much in front of them.
