Norcold 1200 no co

Am recieving "no co" indication and having the operators manual, did several resets. Nada. Op manual says it's a dealer service item if no reset.
Any ideas? Or at least some education?
Thanks

H. Miller,

The first step is to disconnect the 12 VDC from the board and let it set for 30 seconds. Then reconnect the 12 VDC. This should re-boot the board.

Second, depending on which model board you have, there is a "Reset" procedure to try if you have a "no co" error code.

HERE is the procedure for the older board.

And HERE is the procedure for the newer board.

If the reset does not work, it usually means a new cooling unit.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale,
Haven't been out by the MH yet but may I assume "the board" is outside on the rear of the frig?

First off a NO CO means that there was no drop in temp. during a 'set' operating time period. Usually six hours. You need to start that timing cycle over again to determine if your cooling unit is operating and if so is there just too much demand placed upon it.

There is a reset procedure to reset the board by taking it to ground with a jumper. Consult your manual. Yes, the board is accessed via the outside panel. It is inside the black plastic box.

Did you happen the have the NearCold recall work done? If so do you see a red led light?

We also are getting a no co code repeatedly. I pulled the cover and found "The Board." It is unlike the pics in the documents above. I do see a couple of empty blades in the lower left hand corner.

I did unplug the red wire and that kept the control panel on the front of the fridge from having power. Even after that disconnect still getting the no co code.

Here are some pics:

The label inside the Fridge.

"The Board"

Any ideas for us?

Found the link on another thread here that led to just the right service manual. Found Pin 15 and got it going. Thinking about putting a plug into ole #15 with a wire running out so the restart procedure could be done w/o removing all the stuff to get to the black board cover.
