A couple of weeks ago I had a hard time getting the frig to turn on when pushing the on/off switch. After 7 or 8 tries it started. When we returned 10 days later, the frig would not turn off. Anyone have any suggestions or will I be stuck getting it repaired?

While I'm at it, I've noticed during the past year or so, the frig does not seem to cool when driving. This appears to be true when on a/c or propane. Any ideas on this one?

Thanks.

Here is a trouble LINK that may help, my Norcold you have to hold button down to get it to shut off or on for a couple of seconds. You can control the operation gas or electric by pressing at the same time the MODE button, which will switch between the two operations every time you press the MODE button. Have never had the display off you may have a loose plug in cable on back of display panel.

Terry, to have the refrigerator work on electric while driving you will have to have the generator running if not and in the "auto" mode it will switch to gas mode operation. If in fact you do have the generator running and it does not keep things cold you could have an installation problem. I would have to compare the actual installation to the installation manual. It amazes me that the coach builders do not follow them all the time.
The gas mode should do the same as the electric but just by another source of heat. Working LP gs pressure is critical when it comes to the refrigerator operating properly on gas.
Let us know what you find. Thanks
