norcold 1200 works on gas not electric

My fridge will work good on gas switch to ac it says no ac cord has ac to unit I had recal done a month ago went back to dealer today would not work at all turned out to be bad ground to black box. I should have checked ac before leaving but did not

I'm a bit confused are you saying it now works on AC and the problem fix was a bad ground to the black box, or it's still not working on AC and you should have checked it before leaving the dealer?
